Key pains we address

Rain shutdowns & slippery surfaces: Natural drainage and fast coverage keep parking/courts operational and safer in wet weather.

Heat, UV & surface aging: Blocks sun and UV to reduce vehicle overheating and extend floor/paint lifespan.

Underutilized space: Fully open on clear days, fully usable in rain—turning it into all-weather assets for higher utilization and ROI.

Recommended configurations

Suggested structures

• Wall-mounted mono-slope structure: Fixed on one side, ideal for parking edges or stadium sidelines—stable and fast to install.

• Center bi-parting clear-span structure: Symmetrical opening for full-court or full-row parking coverage with clear circulation.

• Hybrid steel-aluminum beam system: Enhanced wind, torsion and load resistance for large spans and intensive outdoor use.

FAQ • Common questions

How fast can we build? Any welding?

Typical on-site timeline 3-10 days with a 4-6 person crew, Prefab ratio ≈ 50%. Zero on-site welding; clean retrofit for rooftops and atriums.

What wind and snow ratings do you support?

Design follows local codes (EU: EN 1991; US: ASCE 7; AU: AS/NZS 1170). Typical urban wind and snow zones are covered. Typhoon/high-snow regions may require heavier sections, denser purlins, or zoned control strategies [subject to review].

How are water-tightness and sealing ensured?

We adopt an integrated strategy of passive drainage plus multi-stage sealing to achieve no leakage under typical heavy rain, with redundancy and care guidance for extreme events.

Exterior, natural drainage: Runoff is managed by roof pitch, drip edges, and node-guided flow; there are no internal drainage channels.

Minimum roof pitch: ≥2% (≈1:50).

Façade/side: EPDM labyrinth sealing with five-path drainage for enhanced redundancy.

Overlapping sashes & sliding ends: Labyrinth sealing with dual seals at sliding joints/ends, effectively resisting water ingress, sand/dust, and wind-driven rain.

Openable system: Interlocking male–female profiles forming a five-layer waterproof architecture, maintaining continuous sealing in both open/close cycles.

Performance note: No leakage in typical heavy rain; for wind-driven rain or extreme storms, verify pitch, eave details, and overlaps per local codes, and provide external discharge paths and overflow provisions (site-specific).

Maintenance: Periodically inspect and clean EPDM gaskets, overlaps, and drainage paths; replace or re-seat as needed to keep the five-path drainage clear.

How does it integrate with Fire/BMS?

It can interlock with fire alarm systems (auto open/close per local strategy) and integrates to BMS via BACnet/Modbus. Final logic follows AHJ/fire engineer requirements.

Benefits

•All-weather operation: Keeps courts and parking running in rain, reducing weather downtime.

•Heat & UV protection: Lowers surface and vehicle temperatures, slowing floor and equipment aging.

Recommended Models

One-way Retractable (Wall-mounted / Mono-slope)

Ideal for parking edges or stadium-side coverage, stable and fast to deploy, with 70–75% opening ratio.

Bi-parting Retractable (Center-opening)

Best for full-court or full-parking-row coverage, opens symmetrically without blocking circulation, 75–80% opening ratio.

•Improved safety: Natural drainage minimizes pooling and slip risks.

•Space value boost: Open-air when clear, covered when needed—turning space into a high-utilization asset.

All-weather Panel Options

UV-block tempered laminated glass or impact-grade PC panels for daylight, heat control, and long-term durability.
