What clear-span range do you cover?

Our lineup ranges from small patios (≤2–6 m) to commercial large spans (≤12–25 m), with a maximum clear span up to ≤50 m [subject to detailed structural review]. Typical depth is 2–18 m, with façade heights around 2.6–6.5 m depending on model.

How do I choose between glass and PC?

lmported solid PC or double-tempered laminated glass. Optional LOW-E, nano-insulating interlayers, and anti-glare films per project spec (see Glass

Spec).For premium look, acoustic comfort, and durability, choose laminated double-tempered glass; for lighter weight and high impact resistance, choose solid PC panels. We provide thermal, acoustic, and safety comparisons by use case (F&B terraces, pools, rooftops, etc.).

How are water-tightness and sealing ensured?

We adopt an integrated strategy of passive drainage plus multi-stage sealing to achieve no leakage under typical heavy rain, with redundancy and care guidance for extreme events.

Exterior, natural drainage: Runoff is managed by roof pitch, drip edges, and node-guided flow; there are no internal drainage channels.

Minimum roof pitch: ≥2% (≈1:50).

Façade/side: EPDM labyrinth sealing with five-path drainage for enhanced redundancy.

Overlapping sashes & sliding ends: Labyrinth sealing with dual seals at sliding joints/ends, effectively resisting water ingress, sand/dust, and wind-driven rain.

Openable system: Interlocking male–female profiles forming a five-layer waterproof architecture, maintaining continuous sealing in both open/close cycles.

Performance note: No leakage in typical heavy rain; for wind-driven rain or extreme storms, verify pitch, eave details, and overlaps per local codes, and provide external discharge paths and overflow provisions (site-specific).

Maintenance: Periodically inspect and clean EPDM gaskets, overlaps, and drainage paths; replace or re-seat as needed to keep the five-path drainage clear.

What wind and snow ratings do you support?

Design follows local codes (EU: EN 1991; US: ASCE 7; AU: AS/NZS 1170). Typical urban wind and snow zones are covered. Typhoon/high-snow regions may require heavier sections, denser purlins, or zoned control strategies [subject to review].

Is motorized control safe? What about power loss?

Wind/rain/temperature sensors can auto-retract. Power loss options include manual emergency override or UPS. Limit switches, anti-pinch, and anti-jam interlocks are standard. BMS integration via BACnet/Modbus is available.

Primary structure uses 6061/6063-T6 aluminum with galwanized/passivated internal steel connectors, finished by muli-layer fluorocarbon coating fo

How fast can we build? Any welding?

Typical on-site timeline 3-10 days with a 4-6 person crew, Prefab ratio ≈ 50%. Zero on-site welding; clean retrofit for rooftops and atriums

Site preparation & crane access?

Most projects require basic pad leveling and temporary crane access. We provide a crane & rigging outline and method statement in the engineering pack.

Power & environment range?

Standard power 110/220V (project dependent). Operating range approx. -10 to 50℃. Duty cycle varies by span and panel count; specs provided per design.

Lead time & shipping?

Average shipment lead time 14-35 days. Crate dimensions and container loads are design-dependent;we share a packing list before dispatch.

How does it integrate with Fire/BMS?

It can interlock with fire alarm systems (auto open/close per local strategy) and integrates to BMS via BACnet/Modbus. Final logic follows AHJ/fire engineer requirements.

What certifications and documents are available?

We supply structural calculations, material/glazing compliance (EU: EN/CE; US/CA: ASTM/UL; AU/NZ: AS/NZS), electrical/IP ratings, and optional third-party witnessing on a project basis.

MOQ and Incoterms?

Minimum order quantity is 1 set. We support EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP.Payment T/T unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty & SLA?

Typical milestones are 30/60/10 or 30/70 (negotiable). Whole system 2 years; aluminum profiles 30 years; motor 1 year. support SLA: 4h acknowledgement, 48-72h remote plan. Excludes modifications and out-of-spec operating conditions.

Pricing logic?

Most units are bespoke, pricing follows design-by-area/span with options (glazing,loads, controls). We quote after a quick spec form.

How to clean and maintain?

Clean every 3–6 months; use neutral agents for glass and avoid solvents on PC. Inspect rails and gaskets periodically and lubricate or replace as needed.

Spare parts and post-delivery review?

We provide a consumables list (gaskets, rollers, limit switches, drive modules, etc.). An optional 6-month free inspection and re-tuning is available after handover.

1-yr post-occupancy review?

We provide a 1-yr Review checklist covering seaing/drainage,tracks/drive, PLC/sensors, structural checks, usage data, and preventive care, with

acceptance criteria.

Glass Dome & PC Dome

Condensation control?

Glass Dome: Use IGU/laminated glass with Low-E coating, thermally broken base ring, concealed drainage, plus fresh-air/dehumidification or mild floor heat.

PC Dome: Choose multiwall PC with anti-drip coating; use bottom breather tape/top closure tape, add gentle ventilation and dehumidification.

General: Avoid sharp temperature swings; ensure airflow; use dehumidifiers or perimeter warm air wash if needed.

Reflectivity for photography?

Glass Dome: Low-iron glass and AR coatings help; during shoots, reduce direct interior lighting, use side fill, and consider a CPL filter.

PC Dome: Frosted or lightly tinted panels soften glare; similarly dim direct interior lights and manage strong background reflections.

General: Keep surfaces clean, adjust shooting angles off-axis, and lower interior brightness for night shots.

Anchorage on rooftops?

A licensed structural engineer must verify roof capacity and wind/snow loads. Typical solutions: chemical anchors with steel base plates and/or spreader beams; avoid ballast-only in high-wind sites.

Waterproofing: use curbs or metal flashings with proper upstands and sealants; coordinate penetrations to prevent leaks.

Logistics: confirm hoisting routes and roof live load; consider sectional delivery and on-roof assembly.

Point-load for chandeliers?

Never hang fixtures from glass or PC sheets. Use the structural frame or dedicated rated hang points/rods, supported by stamped calculations.

Penetrations require insulated sleeves and gaskets to prevent condensation and leaks; heavy fixtures may need a dedicated post or reinforced truss.

Perform load tests and re-torque checks after installation.

AC noise & routing?

Use low-noise condensers and ultra-quiet FCUs; target 35–40 dB(A) inside.

Route ducts in ceilings or raised floors, away from headboards; add silencers and flexible connectors.

Isolate units with vibration pads/springs and decouple from the tent frame.

Prefer low-velocity return air with oversized filters to cut turbulence noise.

Sand ingress control?

Add a vestibule with grate mats and a secondary curtain; use brush or magnetic door seals.

Maintain slight positive pressure indoors to limit dust backflow.

Install sand skirts and drip edges at the perimeter; raise the platform by ≥100–150 mm.

Use fine-mesh screens/sand screens and cleanable finishes (e.g., PVC flooring, washable curtains).

Anchorage on soft ground?

Prefer helical piles/ground anchors with steel spreader beams.

Alternatives: buried deadman anchors, concrete pads, or modular ballast.

Engineer for uplift and sliding per local wind/snow loads—no ballast-only in high-wind sites.

Improve bearing/drainage with geogrid/geotextile plus a compacted gravel layer.

Maintenance schedule?

Daily: sweep sand entry points and mats; check door/window seals; inspect for leaks/odors.

Weekly: rinse outer fabric with fresh water; check straps, zippers, frame fasteners; clean air filters.

Monthly: verify anchor torque and guy-line tension; inspect MEP gear, cables, and grounding.

Quarterly/Seasonal: deep-clean fabrics/curtains; recoat waterproof/UV layers; replace HVAC filters, disinfect drain pans; check for termites/corrosion/mold.

Annually: re-torque structural bolts and log values; refresh spare kits (straps, gaskets); conduct a storm-readiness drill.
